1. Do you offer site stats?

Yes. We offer the option of adding Webalizer stats to your domains.

2. Do you offer Front Page extensions?
Yes, we do.

3. Do you offer some kind of password blocker software?
Yes. We offer Site Defender, our own custom created password blocker.

4. Do you offer static IPs?
Yes. All sites are given their own static IP address.

5. Do you allow the use of custom error pages?
Yes, we allow the use of custom error pages through .htaccess files.

6. Do you allow the use of Perl libraries?
Coming soon.

7. Do you allow server side includes?
Yes, we do.

8. Do you allow ASP (Active Server Pages)?
Our virtual (shared) servers use FreeBSD which is not compatible with ASP. We suggest using PHP. However, dedicated servers can be configured to any operating system you prefer.

9. Do you allow subdomains like members.mydomain.com?
Yes. We allow up to 3 domain levels.
Server/Network Specifications
 
1. What operating systems/web servers do you use?
Our Unix boxes run FreeBSD with the Apache WebServer. Dedicated servers are configured with the operating system of your choice.

2. What kind of connection speed are you running?
Coming soon.

3. Do you maintain backups?
Backups are optional and require an extra fee.

4. How often do you backup web sites?
Accounts with backups enabled are backed up every night.
Pricing Information
 
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, check, money order and PayPal.

2. Does adding stats to my web site cost anything?
Stats are currently free for all customers.

3. How much does it cost for each domain over my IP quota?
For each domain over your IP quota you will be charged a small fee of $0.25/IP over your quota. For example: You have an IP quota of 5 and are using all 5 IPs. You want to add two more domains with unique IPs bringing the total IPs to 7. $0.50 would be tacked on to your monthly bill.

4. Do domains pointing to another IP address count towards my IP quota?
No. Only domains using IPs count towards your quota.
